Pat McCalla has served on the Jamboree Board of Directors since 1996. He currently holds positions on the Personnel and Finance Committees. A Partner with the nationally recognized lawfirm, Rutan & Tucker, LLP, Pat brings 25 years of experience practicing in the area of real estate law. Integral to the Affordable Housing and Economic Development Practice Group, Pat handles a wide range of transactional real estate matters with an emphasis on low-income housing developments.
His areas of concentration include Family Housing Practice, Real Estate Finance and Affordable Housing. This combination of experience in market-rate real estate law and nonprofit real estate law makes Pat a valuable asset to Jamboree, which strives to combine high quality affordable housing with services that transform lives and neighborhoods. Pat holds a J.D. from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s in Business Administration from Arizona State University.
